S.O.S. group in Nova Scotia is a self help group that was
developed to provide individuals and families who have
suffered a loss of a loved one with a critical resource. The
intent is to allow survivors to help each other through shared
stories, memories and coping skills. |

The S.O.S. group in Nova Scotia is a self help group that was developed to
provide individuals and families who have suffered a loss of a loved one with a
critical resource. The intent is to allow survivors to help each other through
shared stories, memories and coping skills. If you would like to attend
one of our meetings we would be glad to have you. We ask that the group members
respect the anonymity of others at the meetings, and that we are respectful of
others coping strategies.
