Welcome to the S.O.S Website
The S.O.S. group in Nova Scotia is a self help group that was developed to provide individuals and families who have suffered a loss of a loved one with a critical resource. The intent is to allow survivors to help each other through shared stories, memories and coping skills. If you would like to attend one of our meetings we would be glad to have you. We ask that the group members respect the anonymity of others at the meetings, and that we are respectful of others coping strategies.
We will be having our regularly scheduled meeting on the second Wednesday of each month. Our meeting location is as follows:
St. Andrew's United Church Hall
6036 Coburg Road (at Robie Street)
Halifax, Nova Scotia
